All that mattered in D253 WGU Task 1

At first, D253 Task 1 seemed challenging, so I could not tell where to start. However, after reading the instructions carefully and attending multiple cohorts, it became apparent that some aspects of D 253 were underemphasised, and therefore, students kept ignoring them. As a result, many individuals barely passed on the first or even the second attempt. I have outlined these aspects in this guide to help you pass this task on the first attempt.

One of my signature strengths is hope. Keeping an optimistic mindset and confidence in your abilities to achieve your goals is the only reason I’m where I am today. When I first started my company, which has been going smoothly for the past 6 months, I put almost everything on the table, causing significant stress and fear about my future. I am self-employed at my own company as a service provider, and although it isn’t as high in profits as I initially thought, the amount of things I’ve learned is exponential, whether it be the hardships, the organization, and communication skills I have had to undergo, the different types of taxes I’m now learning about, or the relationships I’ve built with my customers. The very reason I’m writing this paper currently is because of the knowledge I gained in the process.

Although a little more broad, it alters my thinking in a more innovative and better way, making me even more hopeful about my future success.

Hope could be helpful in various situations, particularly those requiring leadership, such as a customer service department manager. Hope allows for a more optimistic way of thinking, which is excellent for modeling for the employees you manage. You can spread positivity to employees to create a more positive work environment for employees and customers. It will provide positive feedback and help the company’s culture by fostering positive communication between the service provider and customers

A2.

One of my lesser strengths is fairness among individuals. Having a negative interaction with someone can cause me to be biased because of that previous experience. I look back on times when I’ve treated people with negative connotations due to just one negative interaction. If I had tried to think about their side, I could have communicated better with that person. I specifically remember working on a project with somebody in grade school.
